Rocket Records is a privately held record label based in Orlando, Florida (USA) that is distributed worldwide by Cheiron Music Group ("CMG"), exclusively. The label's Founder & CEO is Christopher "Rocket" Pasquin, who is also Chairman & Chief Music Officer of Cheiron Music Group ("CMG"), where he oversees the CMG Label Group. CMG is the exclusive worldwide distributor for Rocket Records. Christopher is also Executive Director of the renowned music production entity, Cheiron Studios 2, successor to the legendary music production studio, Cheiron Studios, which is known for the creation of some of the music industry's biggest hit pop songs of all time from famous recording artists such as the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, Britney Spears, Ace of Base, Celine Dion, Robyn, and others. In January 2025, he became the CEO & Chief Music Officer of Trans Continental Records, CMG's primary pop music record label which was once home to both the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC during the mid-to-late 1990s.
Originally based in northern New Jersey and acting as a smaller boutique-style record label and music production company for up-and-coming recording artists across various musical genres located in both the New York, NY and Philadelphia, PA metropolitan areas during its initial years in existence, Rocket Records was eventually moved south to Orlando, FL, where it then grew into its current state as a globally distributed record label. |
